At Tlismi Rang, we take pride in delivering high-quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Eligibility for Return or Refund
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused
- With all original tags
- In its original packaging
- Returned within 15 days of purchase
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return request is approved, we will provide full instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note:
- The customer is responsible for sending the parcel back safely.
- Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
Contact us immediately if:
- Your item is defective
- Your item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
We will review the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot return or exchange products that are:
- Damaged by the customer (unless proof shows it arrived damaged)
- On Sale (Summer Sale, Winter Sale, Autumn Sale, Eid Sale, Stock Clearance Sale)
- Purchased with Discount Codes
- Discounted items or special promotions
- Customized products (designed specifically according to your request)
No Return & Refund on Customized Products
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom-made items created based on your personal requirements.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is:
- Request a return first.
- Once approved, return the original item.
- Make a new separate purchase for the item you want.
Note:
A 35% charge of the previous invoice/parcel amount will be applied for exchanges.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or not.
If approved:
- 30% will be deducted from the original amount
- The remaining balance will be refunded via the customer’s preferred payment method
- Please allow 3–12 days for your bank or card provider to process the refund
