Tlismi Rang – Return & Refund Policy

At Tlismi Rang, we take pride in delivering high-quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Return or Refund

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn or unused
  • With all original tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Returned within 15 days of purchase
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return request is approved, we will provide full instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note:

  • The customer is responsible for sending the parcel back safely.
  • Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
Contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective
  • Your item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We will review the issue and make it right for you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot return or exchange products that are:

  • Damaged by the customer (unless proof shows it arrived damaged)
  • On Sale (Summer Sale, Winter Sale, Autumn Sale, Eid Sale, Stock Clearance Sale)
  • Purchased with Discount Codes
  • Discounted items or special promotions
  • Customized products (designed specifically according to your request)

No Return & Refund on Customized Products
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom-made items created based on your personal requirements.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is:

  1. Request a return first.
  2. Once approved, return the original item.
  3. Make a new separate purchase for the item you want.

Note:
A 35% charge of the previous invoice/parcel amount will be applied for exchanges.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or not.

If approved:

  • 30% will be deducted from the original amount
  • The remaining balance will be refunded via the customer’s preferred payment method
  • Please allow 3–12 days for your bank or card provider to process the refund
